Although the township does not have access to their own website, WBNC spoke with them early Wednesday, and they said that they will try to promote the new date for Halloween as best they can.
Officials told a WBNC reporter that Chesterfield School will be using their phone chain, usually used for school closings, ect, to promote the new date and get the word out.
