MANCHESTER, NJ -
On Saturday, August 26th, community residents impacted by the NJNG pipeline proposal and the Transco Williams compressor station will hold a rally at the terminus of the pipeline to demand that the Pinelands Commissioners reject the application.
The proposed 28-mile natural gas pipeline begins in Chesterfield, NJ at a compressor station at Rt. 528 and the Jersey Turnpike and will run 30 miles through a portion of the Pinelands. Commissioners met last month in Toms River to hear public comments on the project.
