WASHINGTON, D.C. -
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission released a report today on the pipeline proposed by Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, the project called Garden State Expansion.
From the report, "The FERC staff concludes that approval of the proposed Project, with appropriate mitigating measures, would not constitute a major federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment."
